This is a difficult feedback to categorize. The positive experience has been how easily it has been to contact the seller. The seller has responded to my messages very quickly every time. The negative is that I bought the I-mop on January 23rd if I remember right and still have not received it. Through the messages I’ve had with seller, they shipped it through UPS and the seller even messaged me to see if I received it a couple days after the ETA. UPS lost the item. I would like a refund.
