I bought these headphones primarily for my guitar amp. I live in a villa surrounded fairly closely by my neighbours and didn't want to bother them with my endless practice of boring scales and obscure chord shapes. Many headphones these days are fitted with a short cable to suit people using them with their mobile device. These studio headphones are equiped with a 'telephone like' 3m cable which allows perfect flexibility. The sound quality is pure and crisp with terrific bass treble balance. Certainly made for studio conditions or the professional who wants to hear the music as it is without customised inbuilt eq values which may distort the natural sound of the source music. Good old classic
Surprisingly lightweight for closed headphones. At the moment I am using them in office instead of in-ear headphones and don't feel them on my head. Sound is good, nothing to add to it. Good choice if you want some affordable and classic.

I'd been looking for a good set of robust headphones for ages. I had tried all sorts. Sennheiser, Pioneer, Creative without much luck. A mate had a pair and I did some research on them. For something to be out there 30 years and not change, there must be something to it. So I ordered a pair. Excellent. Even at high volume. Some connections seem a little light, but most parts are replaceable. Extra long curly cord so it wont run out at those inopportune times. Satisfied with all aspects of this closed-back
I bought these for tracking but find myself listening to music through them constantly. Extremely comfortable, fold up nicely, no noise leakage (I can listen at night in bed in dead silence and my partner will not even notice I have music playing). Being a closed back you get a nice tight low end as well but not overpowering at all. Pretty happy with these.
