Very good customer service on questions regarding the lock on the box. The mounting plate did not fit the rack on my bike but I re-engineered a solution and box is very secure. The box itself is very well made and replicates the photos shown on the listing. Looks good on the bike.

I’m not one to give negative feedback, so I have marked as positive. Item was nothing like pictured, it’s was poorly packaged so it arrived damaged. The item is not designed well. It just doesn’t go together unfortunately, the tabs keep popping out so it’s extremely fragile. Buyer organised a partial refund so thankful for that but otherwise it was a waste of money as it’s unusable even after some DIY.
