The item was shipped very quickly and in good condition. Once I received the plane, I saw that it was not exactly as described, but through no deliberate fault of the seller. Dating and classifying these old planes can be tricky! When I contacted the seller, she was very responsive and we quickly arrived at a satisfactory solution. I love my item & the sellers' quick replies to my questions! It was carefully wrapped & shipped fast arriving safely! I got my cute, small item, then I saw a tiny 'patch of missing mohair on its' side. The photos were not perfectly sharp, so if you're not certain I'd ask for sharper photos. I let seller know, (as I'd asked about any flaws, reply did mentioned the bow/ribbon); the seller apologised & said will check more carefully! I'm keeping it.♡ I would recommend & buy from again. :)
