I am a collector. This was a sealed item. After purchase I contacted the vendor and mntioned packaging is important as I don't want it damaged.
It was then packaged in a bubblewrap letter sleeve, which was just big enough for the box to fit in. It's not surprising then, that at the corner not only the seal was damaged, but also the product itself, which drastically reduces it's value for a collector and could easily have been avoided with better packaging. It's no longer "new" but got heavy wear

Item is priced at $14 Free shipping. I strive to balance secure packaging cost-effectiveness, for lower-priced items. The packaging chosen was intended to protect the item while keeping shipping free. However, the request for what was considered an excessive amount of packaging, followed by demand for a partial refund, was beyond the scope of what was reasonable yes he collects $14 items a result of this situation I made the difficult decision block and ban this account from future transactions.
