great gaming headset
Excellent sound quality AND i can also make or recieve calls from my cell phone while using it. The only drawback is that since I am a PC user to use the microphone for gaming requires that the headset use a 2.5mm (headset microphone output connector size) to 3.5mm (standard computer microphone input size) adapter or wire to my microphone input on the computer. but i knew that when i bought them..Excellent sound quality AND i can also make or recieve calls from my cell phone while using it. Incredible sound
My son was looking for a nice pair of headphones that would allow him to hear the game in the headphones and do all the chatting and whatever else his games need lol. It took reading the booklet that came with it a couple times, but it was honestly clear exactly what we needed to do (he didn't read it completely, so he had given up pretty fast). Just make sure you read all the pages (especially the first ones) and do all the steps to get it to set up. We have an older model Xbox 360, so I thought we would need an extra part that was not included (it is, however, noted in the booklet thing, so that was awesome) but we were able to hook it up to our HDTV and get the sound that way (that option was also noted in the booklet -- so again, make sure to read the first few pages). These head phones are great. The feel is very comfortable and the sound quality is very good. I used some wired DPX 21 but these just blows those out of the water. I used these headphones for gaming and movies. Playing action based or really any game with these headphones really do make the game better. Listening to movies you hear queues you missed before with stereo speakers. I really do like that its all wireless. Only thing is that you need an fiber optic input for what ever you are trying to listen too. Bluetooth only works with phones calls, no bluetooth audio input would work which I would like to have with these headphones, but if you are going have it connected to your xbox or PS3 you have access to all the music you want to listen to. No they might not be as loud as wired headsets some would argue but the quality of clear sounds at this price is great, really great. Great product.
