I ordered this item on Dec 12 and a package label, with tracking, was created that day. Estimated delivery was just before Christmas. I did not get it. I contacted seller who says she had been sick but would get it in the mail the next day. I just checked again and it still hasn't been shipped. I have tried to be patient but this is not ok. I don't want a refund, I want this item! It is sentimental to me!
