The listing specifically stated the laptop OS was Windows 10 Pro - which was exactly what I wanted. I have been searching high and low for a quality laptop that would still have this specific OS, as I did NOT want Windows 11. Unfortunately, the laptop arrived with Windows 11 Pro, and NOT Windows 10 Pro, as stated in the listing. I now have to go hunting again.

I purchased a set from Amazon at a cost of almost $80 and advised the seller to indicate in their description of the printer that it does not come with toner. They replied promptly and refunded the entire cost of the cartridges. Excellent customer service, something that is unfortunately disappearing.
