I would try to read the description of the listing before purchasing it, it indicates that item was not in hand yet as crystal clear, that is also why my pricing was drastically lower than the competitors. Buyer was also well aware of that issue and I have updated throughout the whole process of the shipment in messages. Buyer knew all of this information but instead of asking for a refund, which I would've done, the buyer instead opened a case and transitioned this into a much bigger issue.
