A complete scam. Other sites with a panel this size rate them 35 to 40 watts, not 200W. Mine may have been defective too. It only put only 3.6W with ideal load in full sun. The seller was belligerent. He offered me only $12 of $41. But other buyers only got about 5W out of theirs too! So I sent mine back for full refund 13 days ago and have not received anything as of now. The controller had no instructions. No hiking buckles were included as advertised.
