    The seller kept in contact and updated on shipping status. It takes a little longer to get here since it is from Japan. But it was well worth it. The item came as described. Brand new and factory packaged. I loved that it is a new real Nintendo remote. Plus the cord is longer on this remote. All in all it was such a good experience I just ordered a second remote.
