Bought a pattern, but it was never sent and then the order was cancelled a full week later without explanation leaving me without a gift for my friend. Contacted the seller and they said I’d “only paid a holding cost” (note- there are no holding fees on eBay). It looks like they listed the item price incorrectly but they refused to either fulfil the order or apologise and admit their error, saying it was my fault. Terrible customer service. I won’t ever buy from them again.
