Very disappointed with the plate that was received as it is clearly not the one that you included in the picture for sale! The plate looks to be a second, as even the centre of the plate is the wrong size marking. It clearly looks like a second, rather than a proper than a proper Denby plate. Not sure if it’s also been in the dishwasher because the surface of the plate is very very poor quality .

It would be useful if you had sent me a message before leaving feedback as you have given me absolutely no opportunity to address the issue. I accept returns as a business seller and honestly if you are that unhappy the best thing would be to return I cannot hope to address the issue if you don’t communicate with me These plates are hand painted and therefore can vary in colour they are also back stamped Denby so questioning their authenticity is very unfair Also it’s used

It would have been nice if before leaving feedback you could have contacted me Postage costs include packaging which I have to purchase at cost. Bubble wrap packing filling and a strong box.i also have to pay fees on postage so the cost to post to you is not just £2.99 you also got a substantial discount on the plates I’m very disappointed that you chose not to discuss this with me first
