    One of the best portable bluetooth speakers ever.

    The base is beautiful. The sound is perfect as it is known about bose speakers. I haven't tried the sound link feature which allows you to link up multiple such speakers in party mode but that idea is awesome. The range of the speaker is impressive. Easily 25 feet.

    Base is very limited, but good (not great) sound quality

    The Bose sounds good but the base is so so at best. I want/need better sound and the Bose Revolve Plus did not cut it. The best sound I have found was the Apple HomePod, but was not user friendly so I returned that also. What I have found, unless the speaker weighs 10 lbs or more or has a sub woofer you will not get the clear deep base sounds. JBL has the best sounding portable speaker I have found so far in the ~$300 price range

    High end sound unit

    This unit is nice. Thought out and well designed. Water resistant and easy to access top controls which are sensitive. It has become a necessary fixture in the bathroom. It has plans to go on vacation with us so we even bought a new travel case.😎

    This was still a great value even with the newer version now available. Awesome sound quality

    Update 8/28/2021 = This was still a very good value considering this product now has an updated predecessor that cost about $300! My purchase is still jamming along just fine. And pairs up nicely sound wise with it's twin. The linking of the two devices can be tricky however, with the Bose App, and or phones blue tooth settings. The blue tooth link seems to get lost a lot at the very start of the link. But once they are linked, it's an awesome sound experience inside a closed area like a vehicle. Not bad.
