I have been looking at this pedal for a while. It is a good buy, especially for all the different reverb types it has. I like the stereo inputs and outputs. Giving you a great stereo reverb that will pass through all of your stereo fx us prior. It gives you flexible positioning of where you want to place your fx. I like that it has Lexicon fx inside this pedal. The Halo fx is pretty cool alone, than the usual spring, room, and hall fx. The Reverse Reverb is pretty cool as well. The Liveliness and Decay knobs give you more variation on how bright/dark and largeness of the reverb size. I noticed that this pedal is quieter and more detailed than my other stereo Reverb pedal. The other pedal is less expensive in comparison. Now, I have 2 reverb pedals to work with in my arsenal. I don't have the link, but there is a nice video of this pedal demonstrated in stereo. The player demoing it, does a great job describing all the modes.Read full review

Lexicon reverb sounds in a pedal!!! Compared to EHS Grail series or TC HF series this reverb has better sounds in each setting and more different settings. Halo and Modulated settings are not found in other reverbs but both add richness to your sound in different ways and isn't that what reverb is about? Room, Plate, and Hall settings are just what you expect. Most other pedals are OK on those settings. The Polara is a little different in that it gives you adjustable decay. So instead of one or two settings for room size you get an infinite ability to adjust to exactly what you want. The brightness dial is nice in that it allows further tailoring to your personal taste. For me it was a set once and leave it there but it is nice to get exactly what you want. There are only 2 negatives to this pedal. The graphics are busy and reading the settings is very difficult. Second this is heavy. It feels like a brick. Must be all of the good stuff packed in !! Oh, the knob protector is actually very useful. All pedals should have one. And if you are using Velcro make sure to remove the rubber pad on the bottom.Read full review

I really like the Digitech Polara Reverb. It has a lot of good sounds, and is very transparent. The knobs give a wide range of control to dial in your sound. The graphics are a bit busy, making it a tad difficult to read the settings, but after using it for a month, I pretty much know where all the different types of reverb are located, so not really a problem. Great sounding and very versatile.

Great, smooth reverb. Love the smaller footprint. I am noticing no added hiss or noise of any kind. True bypass is a good option, but this is an always on pedal for me. I mostly use it very subtly. The "Halo" or more commonly referred to as "Shimmer" effect is great for pads I'm impressed with all the patches, except the spring, (but I'm more into the smooth plates and halls than a spring tone anyway.) I have owned the Hardwire version before and the TC Hall Of Fame for years. This one is sweeter than the TC to my ears. Very similar to the Hardwire. I run stereo into 2 amps

this pedal is really user friendly; I can pretty quickly change settings while playing, and the knobs are perfectly sized for moving on the fly (with my foot). I really enjoy the "halo" setting, too...great addition to ambient music!
