It's definitely new, slow shipping, seller is Very defensive/argument, he listed this as model #7243 but it's a #6036. He said he would fight me, I could return it but he wouldn't refund my money. Spoke to Ebay employee, I was correct, due to incorrect info in listing, seller would have to honor my return & refund. But after speaking to Braun, I decided to keep it, seller had offered a decent price & the company will send the other head for it.
