It was damaged box purchase at a discount price. When I opened the box the screen was cracked!! I was very disappointed with the purchase and gutted as I was looking forward to this new OLED TV which had great reviews. Sony in their great wisdom did not check the content before sending it to the customer. :-( What great waste of time. Created so much green house gases sending the item to Melbourne and then back to Sydney.
