I am cinfident that it, like all Sony products that I have or have had in the past, will be first class. The delivery was not quite up to standard. They set the date range then on the last day of that sent me an email to say it was oming that day. Then they phoned on the day to ask what day we wanted it deliverd, but It couldn't be that day! DHL dropped the ball.

On the day they cancelled the delivery & told me there was no TV in stock. Sony did not care, they just told me to deal with the courier. I cancelled the order and will never shop thru Sony Australia on eBay ever again.
