But upon arrival although the top and bottom of the package were open, we set up the TV and tried it straight away and I was not disappointed! I believe the TV was previously used as a showroom demo and looked clean and is currently working amazing. Bought it for my parents and they love it! 75" Panel is huge. Its big. Thank you Sony this was a great find and will definitely look to buy more in future.
