Yes, the items arrived much later than I was hoping for/expecting but I believe Cornelia went out of her way to put my mind at ease that these needed envelopes had been sent (by phone calls and emails). So, that deserves 5 Stars. Just be prepared that they aren't sent immediately and that Australia Post - much like Royal Mail - isn't what it used to be, so just sit back and wait; they will arrive eventually.
