Seller was facing a lot of calamities and life changes that were reflected in this sale. The description of the doll was not accurate, shipping took much too long, and the doll arrived damaged and missing some advertised clothing and the COA. HOWEVER, we all go through times like that. She was very sweet and accommodating and provided a partial refund.
