Australia Post managed to misdeliver the tracked parcel, but seller was upfront, and fair in providing a refund. Seller is an excellent communicator, and took great care in sending the tracked package in the first place. Had the package arrived at my house instead of the next suburb, it would have been on time.
The Australia Post employee who couldn't read the address on the package needs sacking.
