SELLER went out of their way to make false claims on their experience with the Buyer. The initial problem was the way the SELLER badly-packaged a very delicate resin statue. It arrived at my residence totally destroyed in a way that it had no value in its current condition. Seller made a false claim that I did not return all parts of destroyed KONG-ZILLA. Not true. Seller claimed the Buyer sent trash back on the return. Not true & it was extra packaging the Seller described as trash. NEUTRAL.
