Bought laptop for business purposes, and item wasn't as described. Description of item outlines multiple times of Windows 10 Pro on this laptop. Laptop arrived with no OS. Tried calling and nobody would talk with me to fix this issue. They took a couple days to get back to message me via Ebay. They said the listing was incorrect, I started a return 11/2, I haven't hear back since, it's now 11/7. Unprofessional in every way. I shouldn't have to write a review to get their attention either.
