I love these workouts. Got rid of all the loose skin rolls on my back and tightened me up all over. I have been doing these workouts for 2 years this being the 4th set of dvds I have purchased. If you stick with it daily you won’t be disappointed. By the way I am in my sixties.

Wonderful gentle workout
Miranda is such a joyful and smiling person that she's a pleasure to work out with every morning. I love all the back-strengthening exercises that are build into this program. Not sure I'll lose any weight, but I feel better all-over and more hopeful about aging gracefully.

A month's worth of excellent thorough workouts in 25 minutes a day.
This is one of the most useful and informational exercise videos I've ever used for workouts. Miranda Esmonde-White understands physiology, explains the benefits of movements thoroughly, and constructs each episode so that certain areas of the body get emphasized while the whole body gets a fantastic workout. The brain, too.

Wonderful to keep physically functional for only 22 minutes a day, if a knee feels a little sketchy doing one of these workouts gets me back to full strength though am not overweight which would make it more difficult. Still burning more calories and going at your own rate, a real plus.
