Ordered this watch....was sent another much more valuable watch instead. I immediately arranged to return it, and the seller said he'd offer me the original watch at a discount after refunding my payment. A nice gesture for the trouble. After a few days, I've heard nothing since. I did get my refund, so I'm not out anything, but I guess no good deed goes un-punished. Oh well.🤷🏻

The item I purchased was in what appeared to be new in the box condition. Unfortunately there was what I think is a factory defect and repairing the watch would’ve cost me too much. I don’t think the seller knew about this issue.
The seller was quick to accept the return and issue a full refund, Which I believe is the best possible outcome given the circumstsnces.
