The whole book is filled with delicious, fairly easy to make recipes. It's more of a cooler weather cookbook, but that's fine. Due to the heat I've only made the gougeres but everyone in the family has loved them. I plan on making as many of the recipes as I can once the weather cools down.

Dorie Greenspan's book "Around My French Table" has a wonderful variety of recipes that are sure to delight your family and friends. Her recipes are easy to follow and rely on easy to obtain ingredients,,nothing too exotic to be found in the market. Since purchasing it, I have prepared several of the recipes. Everyone enjoyed the dishes. I recommend this book if you are looking for something a little different that doesn't necessarily rely on using lots of cream and other cholesterol laden fats.
