Seller did not ship. Second order from this seller with issues, and once again it was for cards that I won at very low prices, many at $0.09 and $0.14 Seller marked as shipped but tracking was never provided and they never moved. I asked eBay to step in and they issued my refund for all 14 cards saying that the seller was unable to provide valid tracking information. Also, the seller never replied to my messages about the first order they cancelled on me.
