This item was not packed properly and arrived broken in several pieces. A china dish requires more than a single layer of bubble wrap and shouldn’t be allowed space to be jostled inside the box. When I contacted the seller about the issue, the response was “bull*hit.” Not very professional.

We had not received the package..he told us to wait ...after 33 days that he gave us a tracking number...We went to usps..they said too much time had passed..that if we had tracked it earlier..this could have been avoided..the seller went on to say that "maybe a dog had taken it and sold it"..We have never experienced such unprofessionalism...Becausw of his negligience we lost a much desired carving for our collection.
