Toy was new but package a little beat up though I saw that in the photos. I'm not sure I would have listed it as new. It took a while before it was on its way to me so it did not arrive until after the holidays unfortunately. Otherwise I have no issue and next time might write a note to ask that the item be shipped more quickly.
