Seller is trying to sell stolen machines as I’ve confirmed with Dell. Jerked me around for weeks and shrugged this issue off as if he had it under control while he was seemingly annoyed to be texting me from his cruse as myself and my customer awaited his settling this matter with Dell. Dell was expecting the return of the machine he sold me which voided the warranty he claims it’s sold with. Complete conman would never do business with again.

This review is disappointing at best. I've been working with my supplier, which is a tier 1 Dell distributor, on this issue for awhile. Dell is not fast to react (their warranty transfers take 2-3 weeks), and I am definitely at their behest. Offered buyer a return, but he became impatient while I was away on a trip. Even with this review, I am working to get this resolved through Dell and my partner.
