The item arrived nearly one week later than advertised and was poorly packaged and subsequently damaged. The seller wanted me to accept a 10% compensation for their damaged product or I could undertake the lengthy process of waiting for a postage paid, repackaging, return to Australia post, wait for another poorly packaged product to arrive. Based on their recent performance, I'd expect another 6 weeks for an item meant to arrive in one week.
