Unfortunately Lumiere was missing his nose upon receipt even though the item was extremely well packaged for shipping, like the best of any product ever ordered online. Although not her fault, Cheryl was wonderful to work with, truly sorry and apologetic but did not have a replacement. eBay immediately refunded my payment such that I promptly ordered another one and can only hope it is as well packaged but makes it here intact. Item may have been damaged if/when inspected at Customs.
