I bought a Zippo Hand Warmer ($20) and it came faulty, it won’t work. I messaged for a refund after the seller replied if I wanted a replacement and hasn’t responded back to me yet. No I don’t want no replacement. If the devise came in faulty then it’s not quality and it probably won’t last me long.
