If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please notify us and simply return the item in the condition supplied within 30 working days of receipt.

For orders that are still new and not faulty, you must return the item in it's brand new/unused condition with original packaging. If the item is worn in ANY way then this may affect you getting a refund, we need the item back in a saleable condition.

If you return the item back with Royal Mail, we ask you use Second Class/48 service signed for/trackable and NOT Special delivery.

Overseas (International):

Again, please use an economic service, but we suggest a trackable service. Items returned from a Non E.U country should have “Returns” written in large writing on the packaging of the parcel and a value of £0.00. Otherwise U.K customs will try charging us for receiving a parcel, when we do not have to pay.

Liability of returns:

If the item is not returned to us via an untracked/signed for service, the buyer is responsible for any loss. Also, if the item has been returned Tracked/Signed For and the courier company has lost it, it's the buyer's responsibility to claim for the missing parcel.
