Sent out a controller that was not advertised and it is filthy, cleaning a product takes a few minutes if that, it’s shocking to send a product out in such a bad condition not even cleaned I know it second hand and I am a seller myself and clean all my items before I dispatch them

Controller was not bad as buyer describing, offered free return for full refund, we can not issue full refund without item being returned due to high volume of scam, small businesses like ours can not survive like this. We tried our best to resolve and we could have have done more but unfortunately buyer did not response to our message and left feedback. We are sorry for this bad experience and will try to take the feedback oboard to improve our service.
