    Excellent translation to the screen of a classic novel

    For a movie that was made so long ago it still looks good. Okay, there was no CGI back then, but you make allowances for that. It's a visually engaging interpretation of a classic novel, with Gregory Peck's dangerously obsessed Captain Ahab a standout performance.
