Hi Lisa, to explain my point, your items are not usable as it creates large welts and irritation to my sons wrist within the first 5 - 10mins of skin contact, whilst he can wear the genuine silicone wrist with any harm, I have without any reasonable doubt your items are the cause! The reason for refund is, the items are and will continue to cause harm using these.
