buyers comments are a misconception of facts.despite extensive correspondence and approachability of myself the buyer only seemed intent on forwarding unclear pictures.my settings are such that i auto accept all lots to return for refund if unhappy to comply with ebay rules.buyer suggested shipment may have been mishandled in transit(though no evidence of outer box damage)buyer appears a genuine sellers worst nightmare.i have over 600 followers most of which find my service impeccable

Photos within the feedback clearly illustrate the issue raised, difficult to see the "misconception of facts". Another condescending & patronising comment from the Seller as per replies .
