Good quality and easy to assemble.
I have lower back pain since I sit a lot at work so my spine gets compressed.
I use this to dangle and decompress my spine and in about a week the pain has greatly reduced to almost nonexistent.
I weight approx 80kg and it doesn’t at all seem to struggle when I do chin ups so it’s great for me.
