the shipping was fast and the seller answered quickly. but the seller did not explain that the elastic in the top of the dress is completely broken. the top will not stay up at all. to the point that the dress is not wearable. i am going to try to mend it, but i am a bit disappointed due to the amount i paid for the dress.
