The actual product is poorly made with strings hanging off and poor adhesion between layers. I easily broke it with my hands prior to installation just by handling it. I contacted the seller prior to writing this review and no effort was made to make an explanation, attempt a fix or anything. All I got were arguments, blame, and attitude. I contacted eBay to report him, and they stated that he bought multiples and even bought this item from other sellers.eBay is investigating.
