Advertisement states item located in Sydney. Ordered item in May, three weeks later item still had not arrived. A check with Australia Post shows the item has not been received for postage only a tracking number allocated. After arrival date past contacted seller numerous excuses as to why the item hadn’t arrived, ask for more time. Promised refund, never happened. In the end Ebay refunded purchase price. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER.

I received this item promptly however, despite the description appearing accurate, the drive shaft was too short. I contacted the seller re a return and they promptly offered a full refund without the need to return the motor, I have no need to keep the motor but it seems that the vendor is prepared to accept the loss of the item. Pendint the refund I can only give full marks to the way this transaction has been conducted. Well done!.
