    The Bible of Simple Cooking

    I love this book. It is the second I have bought. The first one was way back in the 70's and I used it often. After all these years it has worn out and so I have bought another one. The recipes are easy to follow and the ingredients easily purchased in Australia. Thoroughly recommend it.
