I don't want to give the Seller a Neutral or bad review. The item arrived promptly but the box was battered and bent and looked like someone had put sellotape over the opening. The Volume lift tool was also missing from it. I photoed the evidence and sent it to the seller with and email , but didn't get a reply. I was disappointed, but the item was for my daughter and she was happy with it; she just wanted the dryer and the ion brush, hence the +ve feedback..
