Replacement for my Saeco automatic espresso/coffee machine. Miss the fresh grind one step brew system of a complete automatic machine, but this Keurig is great. A new automatic would have been close to $1,000 but this unit for a price less than 15% of the automatic is awesome. Plus the fact that you almost have to be a coffee machine mechanic to keep an automatic up and running due to its precise thus glitchy functionality. I bought a coffee grinder and 6 reusable k-cups so I can now use this machine for my custom blend, 1/2 decaf, coffee at about 26 cents per cup. I've found some Kroger Signature blend of some really fine tasting disposable k-cups of 27 cents per cup so I have an assortment of coffee blends for visitors. I detest the Keurig image of adding tons of plastic waste into the waste stream, but combining my reusable cups with minimal disposable ones, I believe makes my coffee fetish a bit more greener than full on k-cup usage. Unit has 3 preset usage levels for strength of brew and temperature, so I press just 1 button to set levels and one more to start brewing. Brewing is about as fast as my old automatic, but acceptable. Very large capacity water tank with charcoal filters. Fits on top of pull out third party cup holders so makes a tidy coffee station on our countertop. Coffee can be brewed as hot as lets say, lava, but it can be turned down and as I use an insulated cup, my coffee stays hot for over 1/2 hour.Read full review

We upgraded from a simpler Keurig. We like the temp and strength options and the ability to memorize them by user. We think the taste is better, possibly due to five puncture holes in the pod vs. one. But the brewing time is much slower, probably twice the brewing time, which is annoying.

This is the 4th Keurig Coffee maker we have owned over the years. I would say that this is the best one yet. Brews fast, customizable sizes, temperature, and coffee strength settings. The coffee pot looks great in stainless steel, with a very modern touch. We especially like the 78 oz water container which is good for about 6, - 12 oz cups. This the first coffee pot with 5 puncture holes, all our old ones had only one. It seems to brew a more flavorful coffee, especially when you increase the strength of the brew. I would definitely recommend this Keurig brewer, especially with the deals available on eBay. I paid about 50% of the retail cost from a vendor on eBay..a great buy.

Great product, easy to use and produces a great cup of coffee. I recommend this product to anyone. Instead of a pot of coffee which usually doesn't get all used, the one cup at a time option works great.

I’ve owned (3) Keurig machines and this is by far the best design they have offered. The others broke and did not last beyond 4 years. Seems more robust. Really like that this unit does not have to preheat so don’t have to deal with a timer which had to be reset when power stopped frequently. Pre-sets for my coffee preference also a great upgrade. The extra injection prongs are another good idea but I did not notice a significant taste difference.

Simple programming; easier to fill water tank; better cup of brewed coffee with water more evenly saturating grinds. People complaining of difficult cleaning are possibly trying to move and re-set pod for a 2nd cup. That's where the normal Elite model is easier. This new one is great; good design improvements, but really intends leaving it to 1 pod to 1 cup (or large mug); and that's what it's supposed to be.

If the water reservoir is removed when brewing, the machine becomes garbage. Will never turn on again. Design flaw with no easy repair. Seems to require descale very quickly and no instructions how to do it. You have to find it on YouTube yourself because the new multi stream supreme machines have a completely different process from older machines. It works good and makes better coffee but a couple glitches keep it at 3 stars.

We replaced an older Keurig coffee maker with this brewer. Found the price on EBay cheaper than anywhere else. Brews VERY quickly. Turning off automatically is a nice feature. Stainless appearance is great. Love the convenient handle on the reservoir.

I replaced my old Keurig with the Keurig Supreme Plus. I find it just as easy to use as my older model. Hands down it is much better than the old one, So many options 4,6,8,10 and 12 ounce cup size. temperature and strength controls. The icing on the cake you can program for 3 personalized settings. Kudos to Keurig best coffee brewer I ever owned.

Slim, holds more water and has several features that my old Keurig lacked, including iced coffee which my old Keurig didn't have. It also can brew several more sizes.
