Not Happy. Ordered M12x1.25, they sent M12x1.5 and broken packaging. Only few part left. Thin envelope, not properly packed.
No straight solution, Seller offered 30%, then 50% then 70% partial refund. Wasting time! why should pay 30% for missing item in transit?
Open case for eBay to step in. Got eBay free returned-label, and still waiting another week. It's been 1 month now (16Apr-16May)!

I received this item faulty. It won't even turn on. I contacted the seller to give me a full refund, and I said I would ship the item back at their cost, but the seller refused. Instead, he offered to give me a percentage of the refund, not the full one. I disagreed with keeping the item that was faulty and unusable. Until now, I have not received a refund.
