There were multiple seals broken on the back and the protective sticker on LCD was missing. Contacted seller, who is very quick to respond to messages, and he took care of the issue immediately. He refunded in full without even getting the item back. Anyone can make a mistake on condition but the excellent service made up for it! A+

    Motorola DSL Modem 2210

    If you need a basic DSL modem especially for ATT this is a perfect modem. Came up online immediately, though used it was not wiped so I had to reset and install my information and it is working fantastic. I have used others and this one has worked the best for me.

    Just what the doctor ordered

    Better than the one it replaced

    Worked fine for awhile then started dropping me off internet. Reconnects sometimes right away other times I have to reset modem. Sometimes will go entire evening and work just fine.
