Shipping and kept updated well. Bought the router to OWN my own equipment and not be charged the $10 month fee from Spectrum. Just FYI, it will not stay connected. I called Spectrum to see if they could help me, they said there is no way to buy their equipment. Rep was going to try to add it to my account with the MAC address, but then I would be paying the $10 month. So I’m out the $45, because they give you a router, and would still have to pay monthly. She said to own it has to be other brand
