Extremely poor customer service.
Sent the flange out in a thin Jiffy bag and when I received the parcel it was empty as the product is clearly to heavy for the integrity of the packaging they used.
The seller made no attempt to help, or reply and just sent me through the eBay channels.
Now three weeks later I’ve had the case closed, no replacement product without me making a police report?! What an absolute faff for a £20 ish product!
